At Harmony and Touch

Massage Therapy is designed for Every Body

I believe in the power of the human touch and its vital role in our lives.

With 18 years of experience in Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy and a background from Medical College, I am passionate about healing and committed to delivering top-notch Massage Therapy tailored to your needs. I specialise in Back, Neck, and Shoulder problems, Muscular Tension, Sports Injuries, Post-Surgery Recovery and Relaxation.

Having personally faced a fair range of physical and emotional challenges myself, I know that massage therapy has played an enormous part in my own recovery and healing from broken bones, sports injuries and surgical scars. It has also helped improve my mobility and overall well-being, and has been a source of invigoration during stressful times.

If you're on the path to recovery, Clinical, Remedial Massage Therapy can aid in pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and restoring your body's natural balance.

I aim to assess your specific needs and tailor treatments accordingly.

I understand that each body is unique, whether you're an athlete striving for peak performance, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking relaxation.

"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around."

Leo Buscaglia

How can I help?

As a therapist I aim to make you feel better and I understand that means more than just treating your injury or pain. I’ll listen to everything you tell me about how you feel, and treat you as a whole person.

I use different therapy approaches to help you to achieve your desired outcomes, and my expertise lies in getting to know you and understanding which combination will get you the best results in the shortest time possible.

I am committed to assisting you in achieving your best. My aim is to help you recover from your injury or pain, and rebuild your ability to relax, move, and perform at your best. This will ultimately renew your confidence, contentment, and overall well-being.
